You may return an item within 14 days for any reason
and be guaranteed a refund. Your returned item must arrive at the store within 14 days and we recommend contacting the store within 7 days at the contact email provided on their store page for any assistance or queries. After this time a refund will be taken on a case by case basis and cannot be guaranteed.
We strongly advise all customers to check products thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags or disposing of any original packaging as all items must be returned in saleable condition with all original packaging and tags still attached.
Once your return has been received and it complies with the above returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method.
A store may provide additional terms in their "About" page but they can never revoke your right to 14 day guaranteed returns.
Deliveries are handled by our logistics partners and the delivery options available depend on the items in cart, the stores involved and your location. We try to ensure there is a nationwide delivery option for any product available for home delivery.
